Fit distance measures how well a report's reference panel can mathematically reconstruct your G25 coordinates (lower is better; under 0.015 is excellent, under 0.030 is reliable, above 0.045 the model does not describe your ancestry). "Low regional core" means the panel can read your DNA, but most of your profile sits outside that report's region, so it is not the right pick unless you specifically want that minority layer explored.
