How to use this tool

1
Run your admixture on GEDmatch

Go to app.gedmatch.com/admix_utils.php, enter your kit number, and select one of these calculators from the dropdown:

  • Eurogenes EUtest V2 K15 → select K15 below
  • Eurogenes K36 → select K36 below
  • Eurogenes K13 → select K13 below

Click Continue and wait for the results (takes 1–2 minutes).

2
Copy all the results

On the results page, you will see a table listing each population component and its percentage. Select everything from the first population name down to the last percentage value (you can include the "-" dashes for zero components, this tool handles them automatically).

Use Ctrl+A on the results table or click and drag to select, then Ctrl+C to copy.

3
Paste & convert

Select your calculator model below, paste the copied text into the input box, enter an optional sample name, then click Convert.

4
Use the result in Vahaduo

Click Copy to Clipboard, then go to vahaduo.github.io. In Vahaduo:

  • Click the "Single" tab
  • Paste your converted line into the Target field
  • Load a matching source file (e.g., a K36 source for K36 results)
  • Click Run to get your modeled ancestry breakdown
Tip: The source file used in Vahaduo must match the calculator model (K36 results → K36 source file). Mixing models will produce meaningless results.

Eurogenes EUtest V2 K15, 15 components. Select this if you ran the "Eurogenes EUtest V2 K15" calculator on GEDmatch.

Component reference

Each model uses a fixed set of components in a specific order. The converted line reflects that exact order, which must match the source file you load in Vahaduo.
