Global25 coordinates are already a PCA of your whole genetic profile, so PC1/PC2/PC3 here are simply the first three of the 25 dimensions, the same pairing the flat PCA Viewer plots as PC1 vs PC2, just with a third axis added so nearby-looking points in 2D that were actually far apart don't get flattened on top of each other.
