FamilyTreeDNA, MyHeritage and GEDmatch accept your original download from 23andMe, AncestryDNA or MyHeritage directly, so no conversion is needed there. FamilyTreeDNA also checks that a file comes from a real chip of the company it claims, so it refuses converted files. 23andMe and AncestryDNA accept no uploads at all. This converter is for tools that only read one format (calculators, Promethease, imputation servers...) and for files from smaller labs.
