Follow these simple steps to download your DNA data from Living DNA
Living DNA is a UK-based DNA testing company known for its detailed British and Irish ancestry breakdown. Download your raw data to explore your ancestry with our advanced calculators.
Log in to Your Living DNA Account
Go to my.livingdna.com and sign in with your email and password.
Navigate to Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you'll see your main dashboard with your ancestry results. Click on your profile icon or menu in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings or Account
Look for Settings, Account Settings, or Manage DNA Data option in the menu.
Find the Download Option
In the settings area, look for "Download raw data" or "Export DNA data". Living DNA provides this option under Privacy or Data Management sections.
Request Your Download
Click on the download button. Living DNA may require you to confirm your identity via email or password verification before generating the download.
Download and Extract
Once your file is ready, download it. The file is usually provided as a ZIP archive. Extract it to get your raw DNA data file in a compatible format (typically TXT or CSV).
