• Free ancestry calculators (G25, K13, K15, K36)
• Premium ancestry reports with AI-powered analysis
• Superkit file merging services
• G25 coordinate extraction services
• Educational content about population genetics

Our services are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be used for medical, legal, or forensic purposes.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
• Have legal authority to upload the DNA data you submit
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Upload Only Your Own Data: Only submit DNA data that belongs to you or for which you have explicit authorization
• Provide Accurate Information: Provide truthful information when creating orders
• Respect Others' Privacy: Not upload DNA data of third parties without their consent
• Use Services Lawfully: Not use our services for any illegal purpose
• Not Misuse Services: Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

• Refunds are available if we cannot process your DNA file
• Refunds are available if the report contains significant errors due to our processing
• Refunds are NOT available if you simply disagree with the ancestry results (genetic analysis is probabilistic)
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Explore Your DNA, including but not limited to:

• Website design and graphics
• Calculator algorithms and methodologies
• Report templates and formats
• Text, images, and educational content

Is owned by Explore Your DNA and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Reports: You own the reports generated from your DNA data. You may share, print, or distribute your own reports as you wish.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Accuracy of Results

While we strive for accuracy, genetic ancestry analysis has inherent limitations:

• Results are probabilistic estimates, not definitive facts
• Reference populations may not perfectly represent historical populations
• Results may differ from other testing services
• Scientific understanding of genetics continues to evolve
