Different calculators use different panels, so the same person can get different percentages, and comparing several is more informative than trusting one.

The distance value tells you how well the mixture reproduces your coordinates: the lower, the better, and a high distance means this panel does not describe you well. For example, a result of "Polish 60 / Ukrainian 25 / Lithuanian 15" means your coordinates are best rebuilt from those three populations in those proportions, not that you descend from three separate groups.
